Kenya’s major rail operator has purchased a suite of 47 Tangye jacks of varying sizes, for use in trackside maintenance and routine servicing. The jacks range from 20 to 60 tonne lifting capacity, and with strokes from 6 to 18 inches.
Indian Railways has bought six Tangye PS1220 jacks for track maintenance. The jacks have a lifting capacity of 20 tonne and a stroke of 12 inches.
